I wanted it so that the cable does not apply large torque or other force on either the HDMI input of monitor or on the camera terminal which can mechanically damage the terminal. It meets those requirements without being too fragile. Price needs to be lower. Unduly expensive for a cable but otherwise OK. Also, it is not hyperthin but thin enough for the stated purpose.

Purchased this cable for real-time monitoring of a DSLR on a gimbal w/external recorder/monitor; cable's quality is nice and the fit is secure (snaps in nice and tight at both ends). I feel there is less likely the chance that its ends will bend/break when compared to a similar cable made by a different manufacturer that this purchase replaced.

These thin cables are useful for effective use of camera on dji gimbal. I also use a longer cable set, when necessary.

I use this to connect my R5 to my Atomos Ninja. It's super durable and can handle all the resolutions and frame rates that I utilize.

Perfect size. Most cords are too long and you have all the excess to deal with.

This is a great Micro-HDMI to HDMI cable that connects more securely than others I've tried. I've used it with a Fujfilm X-T3 with Ninja V recorder/monitor and it works wonderfully. It can be difficult to find a well built/designed and secure Micro-HDMI cable but this is it. The cable also comes with it's own pouch which is a nice touch.

If you're purchasing this for gimbal use (as I did) beware that it is not actually all that thin and isn't going to be as flexible as a truly hyper-thin cable. It's well built and works well in general but it's not the best option for gimbal use which is what I'd hoped to use it for. I feel the hyper-thin bit is quite misleading.
